Privacy Policy — AI Limits

Last updated: 20 June 2026

AI Limits (“the App”) is a personal dashboard that shows your own usage limits, balances and spending for AI services such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and DeepSeek, all in one place. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.

Short version

The App has no backend and no user accounts. Your login sessions, tokens, API keys and the usage figures the App shows are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. The only time any data leaves your device to us is if you choose to write to us through the in-app “Contact us” form. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and we never sell data.

Data stored only on your device

To display your limits, the App keeps the following locally on your device (including a shared container used by the home-screen widget):

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party other than the AI service it belongs to. Removing a card or deleting the App removes this data.

Connecting AI services

When you connect a service, you sign in to that provider’s official web page shown inside an in-app web view. Your credentials go directly to that provider and are governed by their privacy policy. We do not receive, intercept or store your passwords or login credentials on any server. The App only reads the usage/limit information that the provider returns to your own logged-in session, and keeps it on your device.

Information you send us (optional)

If you use the in-app “Contact us” form, the App sends the name and email you type (both optional), your message, and the app version/platform, to our support inbox so we can reply. We use this solely to respond to your request. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it.

What we do NOT do

Data retention & deletion

On-device data stays until you remove the relevant card or delete the App. Messages you send via the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
